Let’s play darts! Reading’s Station Hill is the venue for an all-new bar opening on Friday, 1 May. To celebrate, the Flight Club Reading team are giving away 400 cocktails during the opening weekend – first-come, first-served.
First launched in 2015 in London’s Shoreditch, Flight Club now has 32 venues worldwide. Now, it’s in the Ding. The company says its latest venue is a spectacular activity bar that is jam-packed with unexpected, ridiculous joy. It combines the fun of the fairground with the warmth of a traditional pub and, of course, the darts.
It has 10 semi-private oches set up for the game. Each of these has a hi-tech dart board set up: it automatically tracks where the dart lands, and does all the scoring for you. There are a range of fun games to play aimed at all abilities, so you don’t have to be Luke Littler to play. They include the newly launched Limbo, where players must go lower than the previous player’s score.
And the cameras offer action replays which are emailed for social media bragging.
Up to 12 people can play at one oche, and for bigger groups oches can be teamed up to create an epic contest: ideal team building, corporate events and summer socials.

Food and drink is an important part of Flight Club Reading.
The menu includes crowd-pleasing dishes made for sharing and eating mid-throw. Sourdough pizza paddles, small plates and comfort bites, including chipotle steak tacos, buffalo wings and BBQ pulled pork sliders, are just some of the treats on offer.
Cocktail lovers are well catered for, with plenty of options including signature cocktails, classics with a twist, cocktail slushies – perfect for balmy summer evenings – and sharing trophy cocktails served in a show-stopping trophy cup: the best way to toast the Social Darts champions.
Also on offer is a two-hour bottomless brunch session, including 60 minutes of darts, a bottle of prosecco per person, and unlimited pizza. Tickets usually cost from £38 per person, but to celebrate the opening, Flight Club is offering 25% off all brunch bookings for the first month.

Flight Club aims to be a feast for the senses, too. It has been uniquely decorated with a fairground theme by an in-house interior design team. Stand-out elements include a wrap-around bar with a dramatic fabric canopy that is illuminated with Flight Club’s signature fairground bulbs.
There are nods to Reading’s history, including etchings of Reading Abbey and famous Berkshire buildings. There are also references to historical Reading-founded businesses, including Huntley & Palmers, a renowned biscuit manufacturer, and Simonds Brewery.
There is an outdoor terrace seating area to enjoy, along with DJs playing music.

Steve Moore, CEO and founder of Flight Club said the company is beyond excited to finally open our doors in Reading.
“We’ve had our eyes on this vibrant town for a long time, and opening up just in time for a bank holiday weekend is the ultimate way to kick things off.
“Reading has such a brilliant energy, and we can’t wait to welcome everyone in to experience what we have to offer. Whether you’re coming in for the fast-paced competition, our incredible cocktails, or just to soak up the fairground atmosphere, we’re buzzing with excitement to show the locals exactly how we celebrate.
“See you all at the bar. The margaritas are on us.”
How do you get a free cocktail from Flight Club Reading?
Flight Club Reading is offering the first 400 visitors a free margarita cocktail during its opening weekend, while stocks last.
This is tequila, an orange liqueur such as Cointreau, and fresh lime juice.
To take advantage of the offer, customers should head to the bar and say ‘Free Marg’. That’s it, no strings attached or forms to fill in.

When is Flight Club coming to Reading, and how can I get tickets?
Flight Club opens on Friday, 1 May 2026.
While the bar is open for walk-ins, Social Darts and bottomless brunch sessions should be booked in advance. Tickets for the bottomless brunch typically start from £38 per person.
The venue is located in the new Station Hill development, between the train station and Friar Street. To book an oche or a table, customers can visit the official website at flightclubdarts.com.
