A treat for dads and father figures everywhere – free beer – is being offered by Reading’s newest attraction: social darts bar Flight Club.

The lively fairground-inspired bar opened in Station Hill last month and has already been packed with people wanting to have a go at the fun darts-themed games, try the cocktails, and the varied menu.

The multi-level venue features bespoke dartboards, plush seating, and vibrant lighting. Each area has been uniquely decorated so that return visits are rewarded with an all-new view.

What is social darts? Flight Club Reading uses interactive games, automatic scoring through clever camera tech, and on-screen replays of the best throws. These are sent directly to inboxes so the best moments can be relived later.

All dads who come in on Sunday, 21 June, can enjoy a free bottle of Madri Excepcional.

The European-style lager is a collaboration between the brewers of La Sagra and Molson Coors, and said to have a smooth, well-rounded taste profile with a short, bitter finish. It has rapidly become a staple on tap and in fridges across Berkshire pubs.
