DESCRIPTION:Reading Comedy Festival runs from May 14-17 \n\n\n\nA phenomenal stand-up comic\, Garrett’s breakout television performance was on the hit US late-night talk show Conan (TBS). \n\n\n\nThe performance came off the back of his breakthrough live show Sunflower which became one of the best reviewed and most talked about shows of Edinburgh Fringe 2018. Garrett has since followed up the show with three further shows: Smile\, Just Trying to Help and Never Had it So Good.  \n\n\n\nAll three shows transferred to London before touring the UK and have been recorded by 800 Pound Gorilla Records to stream and purchase internationally. In 2024 Garrett debuted his latest show Garrett Millerick Needs More Space at the Edinburgh Fringe which will tour nationally in the autumn. \n\n\n\nIn 2024 Garrett created\, wrote and starred in his first sitcom\, Do Gooders\,on BBC Radio 4 and BBC Sounds. A six-part series set in the offices of a mid-level charity\, the show boasted an incredible cast including Frank Skinner\, Fay Ripley\, Lisa McGrillis\, Ahir Shah\, Ania Magliano and Glenn Moore.

DESCRIPTION:Reading Comedy Festival runs from May 14-17 \n\n\n\nAt 19\, Finlay became one of the youngest ever winners of the prestigious So You Think You’re Funny competition\, following in the footsteps of Peter Kay\, Lee Mack and Sarah Millican.  \n\n\n\nThree years later\, his debut Edinburgh show “OK Zoomer” was nominated for NextUp’s “Best Show” award and was released as a special in October 2023\, with over 550\,000 views.  \n\n\n\nHis material\, based around his experience as a Gen Z\, led Chortle to describe him as “the voice of his generation.” \n\n\n\nHe recently appeared in a collaboration with Channel 4 and Tourism Ireland and on Channel 4’s digital show\, ‘A Comedy Thing.’ BBC Radio 4 have also commissioned a stand-up special from him to go out in 2026.
