Cheers! Twyford Beer Festival 2025: Tickets on sale for three-day extravaganza

The date for this year’s Twyford Beer Festival has been set.

The fundraising event takes place in Stanlake Meadow over three days, and sees a mixture of food, drink, music and fun.

Family friendly, it is run by volunteers who are raising money for Orchid, the men’s cancer charity.

Previous years have raised more than £10,000 for its work and organisers hope that this year’s event will be just as spectacular – not least as it is its 15th year.
The festival focuses on beers, real ales, ciders and perries with other options including spirits and soft drinks.

Where possible, the beers come from locally sources such as Double Barrelled, Elusive, Mysterious Brewing, Rebellion, Stardust and Tutts Clump.

Food options include Twyford-based businesses Rural Pie Co and Indian restaurant Haweli. A barbecue featuring sausages and burgers will be provided by A Star Catering.

Vegetarian options will be available.

What music can people expect at the Twyford Beer Festival 2025?

Live music is provided on all three days.

On Thursday, June 5, the first act starts at 7pm and will be Drum Club.
At 9.30pm, Blondie tribute Atomic Rapture will be performing.

The following day, the music opens at 4pm with Dream Sellers.

On Saturday, June 6, there is music from 1pm courtesy of New Tricks.

Savour The Flavour follows at 2.30pm, with The Mighty Triple O Band coming at 4pm.

Festival favourites The People’s Front of Judea will be rocking from 5.30pm, with Big Audio Twynamite at 7pm.

Bottle Kids bring the festival to a close with a set starting at 8.30pm.

Volunteers are needed

Twyford Beer Festival is run by volunteers, from the organisers to the people pulling pints.

More people are needed to lend a hand, be it picking litter, stewarding, working on reception or helping to build or takedown the site.

While there is no payment for people taking part, volunteers are able to sample the beers, and enjoy free entry to the Crazy Diamond gig on Thursday, June 6.

Full details and the volunteer form are on the Twyford Beer Festival website https://twyfordbeerfest.co.uk/volunteer.htm
