Carl Donnelly brings brutally honest comedy to Norden Farm

Award-winning stand-up tackles midlife, marriage, and boxer shorts in his new show Another Round

Comedian Carl Donnelly returns to the stage with Another Round – a brutally funny and refreshingly honest stand-up show coming to Norden Farm Centre for the Arts this autumn.

With stomach ulcers, a bald patch, and a search history that includes “anti-leakage boxer shorts”, Donnelly shares his middle-aged woes in a way only he can: with sharp observational humour and personal stories that hit close to home … and get big laughs.

The award-winning stand-up is known for his laid-back delivery, smart storytelling, and ability to turn life’s darker corners into comedy gold.

Over the past decade, Carl has become a favourite on the UK and international circuit, earning acclaim for his relatable and ridiculous takes on everyday life.

He’s previously been nominated for both Best Newcomer and Best Show at the Edinburgh Comedy Awards, and has appeared on panel favourites like Mock The Week and Russell Howard’s Good News. He’s also a regular voice on BBC Radio 5 Live’s Fighting Talk, TalkSport, and co-hosts the podcast Two Vegan Idiots.

Expect a night of laughs, resilience, and stories that only come from the school of hard (and hilarious) knocks.

When and where can I see Carl Donnelly this autumn and how do I get tickets?

🎟️ Another Round with Carl Donnelly is at Norden Farm, Maidenhead on Friday 12 September 2025 at 8pm.
