Get ready to dance, dance, dance! Future Tranmissions is organising Day Rave Number Two, and it will feature a headline set from the pioneering British techno and electro DJ, Billy Nasty.

Pioneering headliner Billy Nasty

Billy Nasty is a foundational figure in the underground dance scene with a career spanning more than 35 years.

He holds a unique place in music history, having mixed the first-ever commercially available DJ mix CD in 1993 for the Journeys By DJs series, an achievement that earned him a spot in the Guinness Book of Records.

Beginning his career in the London Acid House scene with a residency at The Brain Club, Billy Nasty has since performed at premier clubs and festivals worldwide.

His sets are renowned for their versatility, with everything from rare groove, funk, house, techno, and electro coming off his decks.

Supporting line-up

The event features a curated selection of support DJs to complement the techno legend, including TommoHawk, Dale Martin, and Jimige.

When is Day Rave Number Two coming to Reading, and how can I get tickets?

The event will take place on Sunday 29 March 2026, with doors open from 2pm until 8pm.

The venue for the afternoon is the Face Bar, located at Ambrose Place, Reading, RG1 7JL. Please note that this is an 18+ event; valid photo ID may be required for entry at the door.

Tickets cost £16.50 including a booking fee.
