A brand new show celebrating the music of the legendary David Bowie is set to visit Basingstoke as part of a UK tour.

Classically David Bowie will arrive at The Anvil on 7 November 2026, featuring iconic songs performed by a full band and a live orchestra.

The production features Absolute Bowie, who are currently in their 19th year of touring. The group is widely recognised as a leading interpreter of the David Bowie songbook.

This new tour marks the first time they will perform these celebrated arrangements with orchestral backing, covering hits such as Heroes, Under Pressure, Changes, Space Oddity, and Starman.

The tour coincides with the 10th anniversary of David Bowie’s death, whose career was defined by constant reinvention and a significant influence on global pop culture.

Music magazine NME has previously described the performance by Absolute Bowie as a lovingly crafted show. The event is suitable for all ages.

When is Classically David Bowie coming to Basingstoke, and how can I get tickets?

Classically David Bowie is coming to The Anvil in Basingstoke on 7 November 2026. The venue is located at Churchill Way, Basingstoke, RG21 7QR.

Tickets for the performance go on sale at 10am on Friday 6 March 2026. Fans can purchase tickets online via Ticketmaster at www.ticketmaster.co.uk or through the venue website at www.anvilarts.org.uk.
