Patterson Dipper at Readifolk

Highly acclaimed folk duo featuring John Dipper, one of England’s finest fiddle players and James Patterson, much vaunted interpreter of English song, whose voice is full of warmth and character.
James Patterson (Crows, Silas) and John Dipper (fiddler on The Hobbit, Poldark) have deep roots in the folk revival.
Their sound, although anchored in that tradition, is in no way restricted by it.
Their choice of material has origins in traditional song and the English classical song repertoires, that greatly influence the duo’s approach.
There is no bar at Readifolk, so please bring your own refreshments.
