Poets Café
Friday, February 13 at 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Organised and hosted by Vic Pickup & Katherine Meehan, Reading’s Poets’ Café LIVE brings the very best guests from around the UK alongside an open mic section for local poets to read their work in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
There are open mic opportunities for those wishing to share their poetry: one A4 page (around two minutes performance time).
Each evening has guest poets performing:
- February 13: James Womack
- March 13: Desree
- April 10: Two Rivers night: James Peake, Kitty Hawkins, Peter Robinson
- May 8: Lucy Heuschen
- June 12: Ali Lewis
- July 10: Rachel Spence
- August 14: Oliver Fox
