A global celebration of hops is to take place this weekend in Finchampstead, giving beer lovers a chance to enjoy brews from around the world.

Siren Craft Brew’s Tap Yard in Finchampstead is preparing to welcome people to its Time Hops Festival, this time taking its celebration of hops global.

Collaborations span New Zealand, Australia, the Czech Republic and the United States, bringing unique flavour combinations and brewing traditions together in one place.

Building on the festival’s debut three years ago, which highlighted American craft beer legends like Sierra Nevada and The Alchemist, Time Hops II expands the concept internationally.

The beers of Time Hops II

Time Hops II showcases four brand-new collaborative beers, each highlighting a unique hop and brewing style.

Nelson Sauvin DIPA (8%)

Brewed with New Zealand’s Garage Project, celebrates the grape-like character of the Nelson Sauvin hop, a favourite in UK craft beer circles and previously featured in Siren’s Rainbow Project.

Galaxy Hazy IPA (6.5%)

Created with Australian brewery Mountain Culture, explores the enigmatic Galaxy hop, once the darling of craft beer, now brought to life in a modern IPA built in Mountain Culture’s distinctive style.

Saaz Bohemian Pilsner (5.1%),

The festival also ventures back to the roots of European brewing with Saaz Bohemian Pilsner (5.1%), a collaboration with Czech brewery Jarosovský Pivovar. This crisp, traditional pilsner showcases the historic Saaz hop, a defining ingredient in Czech beer culture since the 16th century.

Strata Hazy IPA (6%)

Brewed with Oregon’s Fort George, highlights modern hop innovation. Strata, known for its bold, complex flavours, has quickly won over brewers worldwide, and this release exemplifies how new hop varieties continue to shape craft beer today.
