Christopher Macarthur Boyd has confirmed a Reading date for his 2026 UK tour, Howling At The Moon … and it’s very soon.
The comedian, recently named winner of the Next Big Thing Award 2026 by the British Comedy Guide, will perform at Milk Bar on Thursday, 7 May.
Following a completely sold-out run at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe, the Glasgow-based comic is touring with a show that explores his personal experiences with nostalgia, grief, and moving back in with his parents.
Macarthur Boyd is a co-host of the popular podcast Here Comes The Guillotine, alongside Frankie Boyle and Susie McCabe, and has supported major names including Kevin Bridges and David Cross.
His previous work includes the comedy special Oh No and the critically acclaimed Scary Times, which was recorded at the Pavilion Theatre in Glasgow.
This upcoming performance at Milk Bar in Merchants Place offers a rare opportunity to see one of the most prominent voices in contemporary Scottish comedy in an intimate setting.
The show is described as a unique look at his life and observations, with The Herald describing his performance as belly-achingly funny.
