Time to raise your hands in the air like you just don’t care and still be home in time for tea

A chance to drop beats before bedtime is on offer at Norden Farm this weekend thanks to a daytime rave.

The lights will still be down low, the music hypnotic, and the dancing funky, but this is strictly an afternoon affair.

Day Glow: The Norden Farm Daytime Rave will start at 1pm, and end at 5pm on Saturday, 2 May. Forget carriages at midnight, this is a more agreeable affair.

It is hosted by Jeff Lloyd, who also organises The Vinyl Frontier and Must See Movies at the Maidenhead Arts Venue.

Jeff is also a DJ and will be playing nostalgic hits including Livin’ Joy – Dreamer, You’re Not Alone – Olive, Insomnia – Faithless, Here Comes the Hotstepper – Ini Kamoze, Better off Alone – Alice Deejay, 2 Times – Ann Lee, Let Me Be Your Fantasy – Baby D, Freed from Desire – Gala and Everybody’s Free – Rozalla.

Get ready to dance as Day Glow brings the energy and nostalgia – with glow sticks and whistles optional.

When is Day Glow: The Norden Farm Daytime Rave coming to Maidenhead and how do I get tickets?

The event takes place on Saturday 2 May from 1pm to 5pm at Norden Farm Centre for the Arts in Altwood Road, Maidenhead SL6 4PF.

Tickets are priced at £11.50 and are available now. To book, you can call the box office on 01628 788997 or visit the venue website at https://norden.farm/events/day-glow-the-norden-farm-daytime-rave
